Strategic Director, Baxter & Bailey
Dom is a cheerleader for the power of design and its ability to make change. Cultural change, organisational change, perception change: design can positively affect all of these things.
Dom has been using design to help clients make positive change in arts and culture, education, architecture and technology for over 20 years. Starting out at design firm The Partners (then the UK’s number one creative agency) he then co-founded brand design agency 300million, and subsequently joined the board of technology giant Yota.
Dom co-founded Baxter & Bailey in 2012. As a designer-turned-strategist, Dom is seriously committed to effectiveness and delivering design with impact. It’s a commitment he’s put into valuable practice throughout his twelve years on the board of charity Theatre for a Change, and two years as part of the Arts & Creative Industries Commision, Brighton and Hove.
