CEO, always possible
Richard is CEO of always possible and a specialist in organisational strategy, work-based learning, events, inclusive practice and business development.
His experience spans the voluntary sector, further education, local government & private enterprise and he is an adviser to education networks, thinktanks and creative business groups across the UK. It all stems from founding a youth theatre company in Brighton when he was 16!
Richard has been involved in education, the creative sector and social enterprise business development for over 20 years and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Chartered Management Institute. He supports a number of task groups for Skills East Sussex, the RSA Innovative Education Network, Brighton Arts & Creative Industries Commission and the South East Digital Skills Partnership.
Richard is an experienced speaker, facilitator and workshop leader, curator of The Brighton Summit, Lead Project Consultant to the Sussex Council of Training Providers and an Associate with the Education & Training Foundation. He is the host of The Possibility Club and Essex 2020 podcasts and chairs the Brighton Big Debate in collaboration with Brighton Chamber.
