We are currently seeking a Gallery Consultant to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The right candidate would be someone with a bright personality, looking to contribute their knowledge, skills and expertise with the team, with an aim to facilitate growth within their role and for the business.
The role requires confidence with sales, communications and administration. The right candidate would therefore be a team player, as well as intuitive and self-motivated. Confident in their ability to consistently close sales and develop strong, long lasting client relationships. Responsible for the daily activities of running a gallery, we’re looking for someone resourceful and hard-working, with a ‘can-do’ attitude; well-presented and proficient in spoken and written English.
Applicants should be aware that this role requires the flexibility to support weekend work, preview events and exhibitions. Good knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office, as well as an understanding of social media, artistic processes and the art world would be a distinct advantage. This enthusiastic, resourceful person will need to be comfortable approaching visitors, as well as working with artists.
