Would you like the opportunity to showcase your project?

Call for case studies on arts. culture and health.

The acting Director of Public Health at Brighton & Hove City Council, Alistair Hill, is actively seeking a number of local case studies to feature in his Annual Public Health Report which this year will focus on the role of arts and culture in health and wellbeing

If your project, group or activity has an impact on improving health and wellbeing through arts or culture, Public Health would love to hear from you. We are looking to showcase a cross section of the projects, activities or groups that exist for both children and adult residents of Brighton & Hove. We are particularly interested in those that target or attract those from excluded groups, or who live in the more deprived parts of the city, or which tackle some of our key health issues (such as mental health, drug and alcohol problems, social isolation, homelessness) through arts and culture.

We are primarily looking to highlight projects, activities or organisations rather than individuals, but your case study (if chosen) might ultimately include some quotes from specific individuals, with their full consent.  Please do not include details of individuals at this stage.

Your project or activity must operate in Brighton and Hove and those using it include residents of Brighton & Hove.

Please note, submitting a case study is no guarantee of inclusion. If you wish to provide more than one case study, please use a different form each time.

To be considered for inclusion in the report, please complete the attached form and return to us before 31st May.
