After 12 years Julian Caddy is moving on and Brighton Fringe is looking for his successor.

We need a dynamic and hands-on leader who will work with the Board, small staff team and our partners to secure our future and to develop the largest Fringe festival in England. You will enhance our work developing participants with the Fringe Academy throughout the year and work to increase our ability to support and develop excellence with the Fringe Bursary scheme.  You will develop our relationships with current sponsors and entice additional sponsors.  You will develop and grow our friends and patrons scheme. The CEO must ensure that every opportunity is taken to create a sustainable Fringe by identifying and seizing every commercial opportunity.

The CEO leads Brighton Fringe and Brighton Fringe Operations which is a separate company operating our festival venues comprising Brighton Fringe presents Caravanserai. Additionally, the CEO leads our Jubilee Square activation/event space which administers an all-year-round outside event space and performance area adjacent to Jubilee Library in Brighton.
