The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operational running of the organisation. The role helps to ensure that Phoenix Art Space is a valued hub for our creative communities, through a consistently high standard of professionalism across our activities. The Operations Manager is an advocate for the venue and organisation, shares our mission to create the conditions where art can flourish, and reflects our values through their behaviour and all decisions made whilst in role. The main responsibilities of this role involve office management, front of house operations, governance administration and external communications.
