We have two modern, bright and private workspaces available in a friendly creative environment. These are spacious offices located on the ground level of the Lighthouse building next to a gorgeous reception area. The rooms have natural light, windows, and heating. Office 4 is 598 sq ft and Office 6 is 1,096 sq ft.
Located in Brighton’s vibrant cultural quarter, surrounded by great shops and cafés, you’ll be just a ten-minute walk from the train station and the beach.
Lighthouse is a non-profit arts charity – by renting office space from us you are directly supporting our artistic programmes and talent development schemes.
All profits fund education projects for local young people facing barriers to inclusion, including events at our Project Space, led by our Future Creative Leaders. This initiative offers underrepresented young creatives the chance to work closely with Lighthouse’s leadership team to explore various aspects of creative leadership.
